Sandwich assemble! two slices homemade bread, lightly toasted half large tomato, sliced and sprinkled with vinegar half cup shredded iceberg lettuce 1 hard boiled egg, sliced 1/4 cup coriander leaves,  stems trimmed and well washed 1 Tbsp nonfat Greek yoghurt 1 medium jalapeno pepper, frozen and then thinly sliced 1/2 tsp granulated garlic 1/2 tsp ground pepper

Sandwich assemble!

  • two slices homemade bread, lightly toasted
  • half large tomato, sliced and sprinkled with vinegar
  • half cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves,  stems trimmed and well washed
  • 1 Tbsp nonfat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, frozen and then thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
