Some two egg thing. Sloppily scrambled and sprinkled with half a red onion, 1/4 cup crumbled provolone, indiscernible amounts of black pepper, red pepper, oregano, and garlic powders. It’s going in a whole wheat wrap aka chapati.

The final product! Notated with a Pi symbol for yesterday’s Pi Day.The second pie came a little worse for wear (they bake fast) so this was deemed photogenic enough for this blog.

Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp yeast
makes enough crust for 2 pies or 4 thin-crust piesThe ingredient proportions are from a package King Arthur’s amazing all-purpose flour and no other ones have given me such consistent results.
I threw it into my bread machine for the mixing and kneading and spent about 20 minutes stretching and pulling, but not tossing since I’m no professional. Follow with your favourite sauce, any combination of cheese (mozzarella and cheddar is a fav here), and toppings of your heart’s (and stomach’s) desire!

Dough! After stretching, pulling, and then folding the edge with floury hands, I coated the top with some olive oil, folded it in half (oil will prevent the halves from sticking and provides a barrier from the sauce) and sprinkled cornmeal on the pan, and switched the side that was folded and put more cornmeal so that the pie wouldn’t stick to it.

In this family, step two of making a pizza is making the marinara sauce. Step three is prepping the toppings which is gonna be a huge Pi sign made of green peppers

Don’t like breakfast? Your argument is invalid.
Just pour your favourite pancake mix into a waffle iron, and presto! Waffles!

New York Cheesecake topped with blueberries and white chocolate ganache
recipe for cake below
[[MORE]]
Ingredients
6 honey graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
5 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
Directions
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line 13x9-inch or a round 9inch springform pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
2. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
3. Bake for 40 min. or until center is almost not jiggly. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
4. If cracks appear, fill them in with extra sour cream and it will tast perfectly fine. Cover with your topping of choice. Mine has been fresh fruit, fruit compote, ganache and other combinations.
